This week Youtube has been preoccupied by American videos of turkey attacks and pepper spray. Meanwhile, up in Canada we've been quite literally asleep. One of our MPs, Rob Anders, was caught in a James Franco moment, sleeping on the job.
Bevington had a slightly better excuse. He was snoozing not during question period, which is by far the dramatic highlight of every day the Commons sits, but during a debate in an almost-empty chamber over the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement.
